Mike led Think2Build, in collaboration with Landor Associates, in designing and engineering a next-generation drop box for the world’s largest carrier — adding cellular connectivity, solar power, smart displays, night lighting, and larger package capacity.

Mike managed and contributed to Think2Build’s development of the full BACtrack blood alcohol detector line — including the mobile-connected, compact, and keychain versions. He led a multidisciplinary team covering industrial design, mechanical engineering, and production support.

Mike co-founded Motiv Inc., where he created the Motiv Ring — the first smart ring designed for unobtrusive, 24/7 wearability to track activity, heart rate, and sleep. He organized the company, secured investors, built a multidisciplinary team, led product development, and managed operations.

Mike advised on the development of a commercial IVF device and participated in regular design reviews and brainstorms. The benchtop system enables vitrification of human oocytes and embryos and integrates a biochip with microfluidic channels, touchscreen interface, pumps, and sensors.
